Hey, friends! We wanted to update you on our plans for the next month. Throughout this whole journey we have tried to keep you very informed on what we are doing and the thought process behind it. We have put a lot of thought into how we can best serve you during this phase one of reopening. As you know, our dining room area is quite small. To allow people in with maintaining 6ft of distance would be very challenging while maintaining your safety and our safety. Many of you have expressed how much you love the drive thru and all of the options we are able to offer right now. We have decided that we can best serve you by staying drive thru only through the end of May (May 30th). With our Wednesday-Saturday 12pm-6pm hours. At that point we will re-evaluate the situation. This will allow us to keep offering you new creative boxes each week, assorted quarantine boxes, slices of cake, drinks, and banana pudding in the safest way possible. Thank you for your tremendous support through this crisis! We appreciate it so much.

When we closed our doors 2 months ago, we knew we were prepared. We did not know what would happen, what it would look like, or even “how” it would all workout.

We did know that we have the structures of our practices and the most supportive local and global community. We leaned deeper into the practices, our communities, and our core values. We stayed in Action.

Hello friends! We wanted to update you on our hours, plan, and procedures going forward. We, like a lot of other businesses, believe that it is too soon to reopen at full capacity. More than anything we care about the safety of you and our employees. So what does this look like?

In addition to our existing online sales, curbside pickup, and shipping, beginning Monday, May 4th we will be giving you the option to book private appointments to come in. How this will work?

- You can email or text us {links in bio} to set up your date and time.

- We ask that you bring a face mask with you. If you do not have one, we have a limited supply that we are more than happy to share with you.

- Once you arrive, you will be asked to use hand sanitizer.

- Your personal items will be placed in your dressing room to also help reduce cross contamination.

- Due to our store being on the smaller size, we will be limiting the sizes of groups and families. Please no more than two people together.

- Between all customers and at the beginning of each day, we will be wiping down door handles, counter tops, dressing rooms, registers, and any other surfaces needed.

With this being said, if you have any special requirements or needs, please reach out to us and let us know. We are more than happy to make special accommodations to ensure your safety. We appreciate your support and miss you all terribly!

Shipping methods for online orders.

• Standard shipping. We are working to fill and ship orders every single day.

• Curbside pickup. If you would like to forego shipping costs, simply select “Pick up” at check out and it will remove your shipping costs. In the comments section of your order please include a date and time you would like to pick up your order. We will text you back to confirm this appointment. When you arrive, simply pull up curbside by our front door and we will bring your order to you! No need to even get out of your car!

UPDATE:

Amid all of the news talk about the reopening of personal care businesses, we wanted to let you know that we will not be reopening tomorrow, or even as early as May 1st. We are taking the reopening of our spaces very seriously in an effort to protect the well-being of our staff, our guests, and community. We are discussing the best (and safest) time to open udånder, and we expect to reopen mid-May. Until then, we will continue our delivery service of gift cards and products as needed to our local area. Thank you for your continued support during the time we have been closed. We are truly grateful for such a loyal community.

Over this past month, Spenser and I have felt so incredibly grateful for the continued support. Cafe Disco is truly a labor of love and we will continue to work as hard as we can to keep our community as safe as possible, while still making all your mac dreams come true. Especially since I think we all could us a sweet treat now more than ever! With this being said, we will continue to keep Cafe Disco exclusively running as curbside and delivery. Hey, friends. It’s been a while.

Starting on Monday, May 4, we’ll be back to our full hours and our full menu — including a few new things... For the time being, we will only be offering drinks and donuts to go and no seating. You can come in and grab your drink or order on @Postmates for delivery. We encourage everyone to use ✨order.claritycoffee.com✨ to place your order online and make the entire interaction contactless. We also ask that you help us keep our number of guests under 10 at all times.

On our side of the bar, you’ll see only half of our smiling faces because our masks won’t be coming off any time soon. You’ll also see our heightened cleaning and sanitizing as well as some extra precautions to increase social distancing in the shop, but we’ve done our best to make them as easy as possible. What you won’t see, but we will be doing, is our team checking temperatures before every shift to make sure we’re as healthy as can be!

This will be our new normal for a while, but the cafe seating will fully reopen. Just not yet.

Heenans Friends & Family,

We wanted to update you on our safety measures and store hours moving forward. While we are SO ready to see all of your friendly faces, and help with all your furniture and interior design needs, we aren’t quite ready to resume our regular hours. For the coming weeks we will have a Heenan’s employee ready to assist you Monday thru Friday from 9a-2pm, and Saturday 10a-2pm. If you would prefer to shop outside of these hours, we will gladly let you shop by appointment.

In an effort to keep you and the Heenan’s staff safe, we are implementing new safety measures. Including multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the show room, increased surface area cleaning/disinfecting, social distancing floor markers, masks and gloves will be readily available.

We’d love to let you know how long these measures will be in place, but in all honesty we just aren’t sure. We are taking things one day at a time. Just like you, we are trying to balance our social responsibilities to the community we love and successfully meet the needs of our amazing patrons. Announcement/updates:

Want to keep you guys up to date on plans for reopening. We do not plan to open to the public this month but we are extending our curbside hours to Tues-Sun 12-4 with same day pickup available if you order before 2. We will also be able to ship and deliver more quickly now as well!

In addition, we are testing out scheduled shopping appointments starting next week. These are very limited and we have safety protections in place for you and for us. This will mean that you provide/wear your own mask and utilize our hand sanitizer. We will do the same and sanitize the shop before and after appointments.
