Eligibility:

Shop must be a brick-and-mortar, open to the public and located in the owner’s community in the state of Oklahoma. Common occurrences of businesses who do not qualify include franchises, direct sales and online-only stores.

ASPIRING SHOPKEEPER

Eligibility:

Locally and independently-owned retail businesses without an owner-operated brick-and-mortar. Aspiring shopkeepers are typically online only, participate in pop-up events or have a booth inside of a retail location.
