We want to help you be part of our
local shop scene.

As part of our mission to help local retail in Oklahoma grow and thrive, we are offering an opportunity for mobile retailers to find a semi-permanent home in the heart of Midtown. The Pop-Up Park is located at 399 NW 10th Street in Oklahoma City and we are looking to lease space to local mobile shops. Read below for eligibility information and fill out our form to apply. We’ll reach back out after reviewing your application. Note that space at the Pop-Up park is currently available for long-term leases only (60-days minimum). Cost is $450 per month. Eligibility:

Eligible vendors must be:

  • Local retail businesses

  • Individuals who own, operate and participate in the daily activities of their business

  • Mobile Shops (trailer, tiny house, airstream…)

  • Common occurrences of businesses who do not qualify include:

    • franchises

    • direct sales

    • full-service restaurants/food trucks (coffee shops may be eligible)

    • dispensaries and alcoholic beverages.

ISA Membership:

Vendors must become paid members of the Independent Shopkeepers Association after signing the lease and prior to setting up on the premises.

Permitting:

All vendors must have all necessary permitting according to City, County and State regulations.
